My fees (set out above) reflect not only my hourly fee but also my experience, training, investment in professional / personal development, professional fees and business overheads.

Appointments can be made by telephone*, email or by using the online form through this website (*should you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and Wendy will get back to you just as soon as possible).

At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide the name of the issue(s) / symptom(s) for which you are seeking treatment, together with contact address, email and telephone number. You will also be asked to pay a deposit* of £30 to secure your booking - this can be made by bank transfer or by PayPal. Your appointment will then be confirmed by email / post, and full details sent across to you. *(Please note that bookings are not confirmed until payment has cleared. All deposits are non-refundable).

Please note that, since the treatment is designed to enable you to be free of your issue or condition rather than to merely suppress the symptom(s), a course of treatment sessions will be required. Whilst every person is unique and will react and respond differently to the treatment, locating and correcting the Cause of a symptom / condition will typically take around 8-10 sessions.

We do request that respect and consideration be given to the therapist, the practice and to other patients with regard to all bookings.* Any and all missed sessions, non-attendance, rescheduling, moving, altering or cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will incur full session fee. This means, for example, that if your appointment is at 10.00am on a Friday, you will need to contact the practice before 10.00am on the Thursday.

Where this policy is not adhered to, an invoice will be issued, which must then be settled in accordance with accompanying instructions sent by email / post. Please note that Wendy Mitcham Curative Hypnotherapy reserves the right to refer all unpaid invoices to a debt collection agency.

*Please respect that all non-attendances, last minute cancellations and reschedules do have a negative impact; both on other patients who may have needed the slot, to the therapist where her time is unnecessarily wasted and equally on the business, since they do not allow the practice adequate time to fill the slot taken.
